These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and booking of our tours. By booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only after deposit payment and confirmation message from us. Please provide accurate hotel information for pickup.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable on tour day in cash (Indonesian Rupiah). Prices are inclusive of taxes.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 48 hours before tour — Full refund of deposit
• 24-48 hours before tour — 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 24 hours before tour — No refund
• No-show — No refund

If we cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you receive a full refund or reschedule option.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Reschedule up to 24 hours before tour at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.

5. Pickup & Transfers

Free pickup from Ubud, Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Legian, Sanur. Nusa Dua or Jimbaran may have surcharge. Please be ready at hotel lobby at agreed time.

6. Health & Safety

You are responsible for your own health and fitness. Trekking requires moderate fitness. Jeep tour is suitable for most travelers. Inform us of any medical conditions before the tour.

7. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge inherent risks of adventure activities and release Mount Batur Trekking from liability for personal injury or property damage arising from participation.

8. Code of Conduct

Follow your guide's instructions. Do not leave designated paths. Do not litter. Respect local customs. Alcohol or drugs are not permitted before or during tours.

9. Weather & Force Majeure

Tours operate rain or shine unless unsafe. Force majeure events may result in cancellation with rescheduling or refund. We are not liable for additional expenses.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, tour cancellation, and personal injury.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
