Please read the information below to understand how bookings, payments, pickup arrangements and changes work when booking a Mount Batur experience with us.
1. How to Make a Booking
You can enquire and arrange your Mount Batur experience directly with our team through WhatsApp or email.
To help us arrange your booking, please provide:
- Full name
- WhatsApp contact number
- Hotel or accommodation name
- Number of travellers
- Preferred tour date
- Preferred experience
- Any important special requirements
2. Booking Confirmation
Sending an enquiry or asking about availability does not automatically create a confirmed booking.
Your booking is confirmed only after our team has checked availability and explicitly confirmed the arrangement with you.
Please do not assume that a WhatsApp enquiry, price quotation or initial conversation means your booking has already been confirmed.
3. Payment
Payment is generally made in cash on arrival, in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), according to the confirmed booking arrangement.
We do not require an advance deposit for the standard booking process described on this website.
4. Pickup Arrangements
Pickup arrangements depend on your accommodation and the experience you have booked.
Ubud area
Pickup from the Ubud area is included for applicable trekking arrangements.
Outside Ubud
Pickup outside Ubud may be available with an additional transportation charge. The charge depends on the location of your hotel or accommodation.
Please contact us with your hotel details so we can check the appropriate transportation arrangement.
5. Changes to Your Booking
If you need to change your booking, such as the travel date, number of travellers or accommodation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may require a new arrangement depending on the circumstances.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the specific circumstances of the booking and any services already arranged.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review the situation and explain the applicable options.
Mount Batur is a natural environment. Weather, visibility, volcanic conditions and other circumstances may affect the experience. If conditions require a change or cancellation, our team will discuss the available arrangement with you.
7. Last-Minute Bookings
Requests made less than 12 hours before the planned activity are subject to availability and require a manual check with our team.
Please contact us directly through WhatsApp rather than relying on an online enquiry for a last-minute request.
8. Group Bookings
Groups of five or more travellers require direct contact with our team so that availability and operational arrangements can be checked.
Group arrangements may differ from standard individual bookings depending on the size of the group and the services requested.
9. Sunrise and Weather Conditions
Mount Batur sunrise experiences depend on natural conditions. Sunrise visibility, cloud cover, rain, wind and mountain visibility can change from day to day.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee a clear sunrise or a particular mountain view.
Our team may adjust practical arrangements when necessary because of conditions on the mountain.
10. Traveller Information
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking, particularly their accommodation, contact details, travel date and number of participants.
Accurate information helps our team arrange pickup and communicate important details before the activity.
