Booking Policy

This Booking Policy outlines how to book tours with Mount Batur Trekking.


1. How to Book

Book through:

Please provide: full name, WhatsApp number, hotel name & room number, number of participants, preferred tour date, and special requirements.

2. Deposit Payment

A deposit (typically 20-30% of total price) is required to secure your booking. Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI)
  • QRIS / Ovo / Dana / GoPay
  • Revolut / Wise (international)

Your booking is confirmed only after deposit is received and we send confirmation.

3. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is payable on the day of the tour in cash (Indonesian Rupiah). We do not accept credit cards on tour day.

4. Cancellation

  • 48+ hours before — Full deposit refund
  • 24-48 hours before — 50% deposit refund
  • Under 24 hours — No refund
  • No-show — No refund

5. Rescheduling

Reschedule up to 24 hours before tour at no cost (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee. Weather-related rescheduling is free.

6. Group Bookings

For groups of 5 or more, please contact us directly for special rates and arrangements.

7. Last Minute Bookings

Bookings made less than 12 hours before tour are subject to availability. Please WhatsApp us directly.

8. Booking Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email with:

  • Tour date and time
  • Pickup time from your hotel
  • What to bring
  • Remaining balance amount

9. Changes to Booking

For changes to your booking (date, participants, etc.), please contact us at least 24 hours before the tour.
