This Booking Policy outlines the terms and procedures for booking tours with Mount Batur Trekking. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

1. How to Book

You can book our tours through the following channels:

• Website: Contact form on our landing pages

Please provide the following information when booking:

• Full name
• WhatsApp number (active for coordination)
• Hotel name and room number (for pickup)
• Number of participants
• Preferred tour date
• Special requirements (if any)

2. Deposit Payment

2.1. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
2.2. Deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking (typically 20-30% of total tour price).
2.3. Deposit payment methods accepted:

• Bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI)
• QRIS (Indonesian QR code payment)
• Ovo, Dana, GoPay
• Revolut / Wise (for international customers)

2.4. Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the deposit and send you a confirmation message.
